If you ask people “what’s your intention?” in a certain situation, most likely there will be a pause. Or, at best, an unclear intention. Why? Because no thought has been given to clarify the direction and the intention before moving forward with a situation. This leads to living life by accident. Compare that to living life by design using one’s freewill to choose and create a specific life experience.

Pam had a car accident at the age of 17 and ended up on a wheelchair for the rest of her life. The first year after the accident, she was struggling with accepting her new reality and ruminating on what her life has come to.

When she was asked “what’s your intention here?” the first thing that came out of her mouth was “I want my life to go back to what it was”. Although she knew that wasn’t possible, yet that was the only thing she could think about. It was like hitting a wall over and over again.

A year later, after Pam acknowledged the brutal reality of her current condition, she started to see what else could she focus on as her intention to move on with her life, and it was “I want to feel good and do meaningful work that teaches and inspires”. Guess what happened then? She started to see and grab every opportunity to feel good, teach, and inspire. She had more energy and felt normal again. Years later Pam said “although I wouldn’t have chosen to lose my ability to walk, yet I wouldn’t change a thing about my life now. This experience helped me experience my freewill to choose how to live my life no matter what! I'm stronger now than I have ever been”.

Of course you don’t need to lose your legs to practice your freewill, just notice that Pam’s quality of life was solely dependent on her thoughts, on her perception of the new reality, what she perceived she can and connate do. Yes, she cannot walk anymore, yet she can still enjoy her life and add value to others’ life. She realized she doesn’t need her legs for that. The rest of her body fully supported her new direction just because she gave the order with thoughts and intentions.

The point is here in 3 parts:

  1. Our thoughts are vibrations, they can be measured with an EEG scan of the brain.

  2. Water responds to vibrations.

  3. 70% of our body is water.

Positive Thinking is essential to our Wellbeing.
